We are Mountain Range Roofing, and metal roofing is one of the roof services we offer on residential and commercial buildings in Littleton. We put on new metal roofs and repair the ones already up, from a panel joint that has started to leak to the trim around a chimney.
Metal is a bigger decision than shingle, so the first visit is a look, not a sales pitch. We walk the whole roof, talk through which metal style suits the house, and quote the whole job in writing before we start, so the price you agree to is the price you pay. When the work is done, we clean up.

Repairing a Metal Roof
Metal roofs are repaired at the fasteners, along the seams and at the flashing details, the places where one piece of metal meets another or meets the roof.
- Fasteners. Screws that have backed out or lost their seal on exposed-fastener panels are reset or replaced.
- Seams. A seam that has opened or lifted is closed back down so water runs over it, not into it.
- Flashing details. The "flashing" at a chimney, wall, valley or edge is refit, or a new piece is bent from sheet metal to match.
Reflective metal products carry solar reflectance ratings registered with the Cool Roof Rating Council, which keeps a directory of rated products, so the rating of the metal already on a roof can be looked up before a repair piece is chosen.
