Who We Are
Mountain Range Roofing repairs and replaces roofs in Littleton, CO and the towns around it, on houses and on commercial buildings.
Most calls start with something you can see from inside or from the yard: a brown ring on the ceiling, shingles on the lawn after a wind, a drip beside the chimney, a flat roof that holds water for days. We start on the roof, not at the stain, because water usually gets in uphill of where it shows, and we repair what let it in.
Repair comes first. When a roof is past patching, we show you why and quote the whole replacement instead, so you are choosing between two real numbers rather than a guess.
We work on residential and commercial roofs alike: asphalt shingle, tile, cedar shake and metal, and the flat membrane roofs over garages, additions, shops and offices.

Small job or whole roof
Our Commitments
Five things hold on every roof we take on, from one lifted shingle to a full tear-off and new roof.
-
Free estimatesNo obligation
We look the roof over, tell you what we found and put the price in writing. It costs you nothing, and you owe us nothing if you go another way.
-
We quote the whole jobBefore we start
The written price covers the full repair, not a starting figure that grows once the shingles are up. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice, with no surprise charges after.
-
We show up when we sayDay and time
You get a day and a time for the visit, and that is when we pull into the driveway, so you are not waiting at home for a window that never closes.
-
Same-day call backWorking days
Ring during working hours and a person picks up, or rings you back before the day is out. A message left after 6 pm gets its answer the next working morning.
-
We clean upJob done
Torn-off roofing, scrap, wrappers and stray nails leave with us, and the lawn, beds and driveway are left the way we found them.

In a Customer's Words
We would rather a homeowner tell you how the job went than tell you ourselves.
Upstanding citizen and did an excellent job repairing my roof after the recent hail storm. Dave is a great guy and got my roof done in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier!
Before anyone climbs up
Insurance on the Job
Insurance is the right thing to ask about before anyone climbs onto your roof, and the call is where we answer it, before any work is booked.
Two kinds of coverage matter on a roofing job, and they protect against different things. One covers your house; the other covers the person working on it. Ask about both when you call for your estimate, and ask any other roofer you talk to the same question.
Two questions to ask
What Each One Covers
- Liability coverage
Pays for damage the work does to your property, such as a dropped bundle through a skylight or rain let in through a roof left open.
- Workers' compensation
Covers medical bills and lost wages for a roofer who is hurt on the job.
- The certificate
A certificate of insurance names the insurer and the policy dates, so you see the coverage on paper rather than take it on a word.
Ask about coverage on the same call.
Get in Touch
